About Omnibus Hunter
Omnibus Hunter helps comic collectors find out what’s really inside a collected edition – who drew it, who wrote it, and which issues it collects.
What you can do here
See who drew every page.
Every book shows the artist and writer split as percentages, plus an issue-by-issue strip of its contents.
Search by run.
Type something like Amazing Spider-Man #298-329 and see every book that contains those issues – and which issues aren’t collected anywhere.
Follow an artist’s career.
Artist pages list every major run, year by year, with the books that collect each one.
Explore a series.
Series pages show every artist who drew a title, in order, from the first issue to the last.

Why this site exists
As an omnibus collector, I kept running into the same problem: I wanted to read a specific artist’s run, but I had no idea which omnibus, Epic Collection or Masterworks volume actually contained it – or how much of a book was really drawn by the artist on the cover. Publisher listings rarely tell you, and piecing it together from issue databases takes hours.Omnibus Hunter puts all of that in one place.
Today the site covers more than 4,000 collected editions from Marvel, DC, Image, Dark Horse and IDW, and it keeps growing.
Where the data
comes from
Issue and credit data:
the Grand Comics Database, used under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence. Thank you to the volunteers who have built it over decades.
Cover images:
publisher and retailer cover services, shown for identification only.
Artist photos:

The data is matched and calculated automatically, so mistakes happen – a missing issue, a wrong credit, an odd cover. If you spot one, please let me know.
